Job Description
Our law firm client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-TimeMarketing Coordinator (contract) to support the firm's marketing efforts during a critical player's leave. This position plays a key role in promoting the firm's visibility, coordinating business development initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track firm sponsorships, memberships, and related opportunities.
- Plan and manage logistics for client events, conferences, and internal firm functions.
- Maintain and organize firm contacts and assist with audience development for communications.
- Assist in drafting and distributing invitations, announcements, and event-related materials.
- Keep marketing collateral, including attorney bios and practice descriptions, up to date.
- Help compile and maintain descriptions of representative matters and project experience.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and tailored business development materials.
- Assist in editing and distributing firm announcements and client communications.
- Oversee event execution and follow-up, including coordination of internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to content development and maintenance for digital platforms, including the website and social media.
- Provide general marketing and administrative support, and help with special initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or business development role in a legal or professional services environment.
- Experience working in marketing and CRM tools (preference for familiarity with ContactEase, Constant Contact, WordPress).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to commit to a 25-30 hour work week for a 4-6 month contract.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative
