Job Description
We're hiring an experienced RN to join our team! The ideal candidate is ready to onboard quickly and comfortable traveling within the radius of Des Moines and surrounding towns. We need someone that is able to have a set schedule on Fridays and two other days of the week. Ideally your schedule would look like MWF or TWF or some combination. This position focuses on delivering high-quality skilled care and may include staff supervision to ensure services meet professional standards. As an independently owned and operated agency known for being "caring, compassionate, and cheerful," we're looking for team members who bring that same energy. This flexible, allows you to work as much or as little as you'd like-day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts are available. Infusion and injection visits are scheduled based on treatment plans and your availability. Mileage pay may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Iowa.
- Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Experience:Nursing: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:BLS Certification (Required)RN (Required)
Ability to Commute:Des Moines area and surrounding towns
