PART-TIME OFFICE & MARKETING COORDINATOR
16–20 hours per week; In-Office – Vineyard, UtahFlexible schedule: 3.5–4 hours per day between 8:00am and 5:00pm$16–$18 per hour, depending on experience

POSITION OVERVIEW
This hybrid role combines marketing, customer development, and front office coordination.
You will support customer retention and new business outreach while helping maintain a professional and organized front office environment.
This role directly supports revenue growth through consistent marketing touchpoints, organized CRM management, and proactive communication.
Ideal for a sharp, organized, tech-comfortable college student or early-career professional who wants hands-on experience inside a growing business.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Customer Growth (Primary Focus)
• Maintain consistent marketing touchpoints with existing customers• Assist with email newsletters and outbound outreach campaigns• Research prospective clients and build organized prospect lists• Update and maintain CRM systems accurately• Support social media coordination and brand visibility• Send sample kits to current and prospective customers• Follow up after orders to gather feedback and identify opportunities• Track and report weekly marketing and outreach activity• Assist with trade show preparation and follow-up
This portion of the role directly supports pipeline growth, customer retention, and brand visibility.
Office Coordination & Front Desk Support (Shared Responsibility)
• Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and energy• Answer and direct incoming phone calls confidently• Maintain a clean, organized, high-functioning front office• Coordinate mail, deliveries, and light scheduling support• Assist leadership with basic administrative tasks
You help set the tone for the office while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
We are specifically looking for someone who:
• Is highly comfortable with computers and learning new software quickly• Types efficiently and navigates systems with confidence• Has strong written communication skills, especially email• Speaks clearly and professionally on the phone• Has a positive, upbeat personality• Is organized and detail-oriented• Can manage multiple responsibilities without becoming overwhelmed• Takes initiative rather than waiting for constant direction• Presents professionally in person
Preferred but not required:
• Experience with CRM systems• Experience managing social media accounts• Business or marketing coursework• Customer service experience
