We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at 

Pickersgill Retirement Community(pickersgillretirement.org) located in Baltimore, MD.

  • Provide skilled therapy services that improve mobility, function, safety, and independence
  • Track progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with therapy team members and other healthcare professionals
  • Help deliver a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust

    • Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Maryland (or soon to be licensed!)
  • Active CPR certification
  • Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care
  • Commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence

    • Compensation

  • $38-$40+ per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)

    Job Requirements

    • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Maryland (Or soon to be licensed!)
    • Active CPR certification
