- Evaluate and treat patients in an inpatient hospital setting*
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans*
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility interventions*
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly*
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams*
- Educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and recovery strategies*
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards
- Doctor of Physical Therapy or Masters degree from an accredited program*
- Active Kansas Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification
- Inpatient physical therapy experience preferred*
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse inpatient caseload*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities*
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
