- Perform detailed post-construction cleaning, ensuring spaces are move-in ready
- HEPA vacuum all surfaces, including floors, walls, baseboards, and vents
- Thoroughly wipe down and clean all surfaces, including inside cabinets, drawers, and closets
- Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue from surfaces and fixtures
- Clean windows, glass, and mirrors to a streak-free finish
- Identify and address areas requiring extra attention to meet high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and team members
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and customer expectations
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Complete daily logs, work orders, and required documentation
- Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and appearanceffectively perform all restoration services the company offers.
- High school diploma (or GED).
- Prior cleaning experience required (post-construction cleaning strongly preferred)
- Extremely detail-oriented with a strong eye for cleanliness and finishing work
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of job quality
- Reliable transportation required (must use personal vehicle for this role)
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices for job documentation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
