Requirements

Answering inbound phone calls from customers and other departments
Greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner
Coordinating daily scheduled sales appointments
Helping to ensure customer satisfaction
Handling and receipting gift cards
12 -15 hours per week; nights and weekends required
