Part-Time Recruiter HR – In-Home Services & Respite (IHSR) Location: White Bear Lake, MN Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week Pay: $20–$21/hour (DOE) About PAI PAI provides person-centered disability services that support individuals in living full, meaningful lives in their communities. We are seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support hiring needs primarily for our In-Home Services and Respite (IHSR) and other programs. Position Summary The Part-Time Recruiter will lead recruiting efforts for IHSR positions, helping attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates to support individuals in their homes and communities. This role is critical to ensuring PAI maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities Manage recruiting efforts primarily for IHSR openings Post and manage job listings across multiple job boards Source and screen candidates based on IHSR requirements Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews Partner with HR and program leadership on staffing priorities Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation Support pre-employment and onboarding steps Provide a positive, professional candidate experience Qualifications Previous recruiting or hiring experience preferred Experience in human services, disability services, healthcare, or related fields a plus Familiarity with or ability to learn IHSR program requirements Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity Comfortable using online job boards and applicant tracking systems Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are required.
