Position Summary
The Registered Dietitian is a full-time role responsible for providing comprehensive nutritional care within the specialized Eating Disorders FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Program, titled CERV (Comprehensive Eating Recovery Vision), as well as the Outpatient Program. This position plays a key role in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with clinical staff to support clients with eating disorders through assessments, meal planning, group therapy, and nutritional counseling. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining compliance with professional standards and facility policies
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical staff to evaluate and provide nutritional consultations for clients in the CERV and Outpatient Programs, ensuring alignment with professional standards and facility policies/procedures.
- Lead daily group therapy sessions focused on nutrition and eating disorder recovery for clients in the CERV and Outpatient Programs, adhering to established professional guidelines and facility protocols.
- Supervise lunch groups and create individualized meal plans for clients in the CERV Program, maintaining compliance with professional standards and facility policies/procedures.
- Conduct initial nutritional assessments and evaluations for potential clients on both a scheduled and emergency basis.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate and maintain stable, professional, and appropriate boundaries with clients at all times.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Exhibit a positive attitude toward learning and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrate ability to accept constructive feedback, implement guidance, and show a willingness to grow and improve professionally.
- Stay current with professional training requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
Working Conditions

- This role requires extended periods of remaining in a stationary position during HIPAA-compliant communications and requires the ability to perform physical activities such as bending and reaching. - Proficiency in using computers, phones, and office equipment for documentation and telehealth purposes is necessary. This includes but is not limited to Office 365 and Electronic Medical Record systems.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field required.
- Active current certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) and continued satisfactory standings with the appropriate board and insurance entities required.
- Proficiency in data entry and electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
