Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team as a Part-Time Warehouse & Operations Assistant. This is an entry-level position with no previous warehouse or wine industry experience required.

This is a seasonal position through the end of the year, with the possibility of continued or more permanent employment in the new year depending on performance and business needs. It’s a great opportunity for someone new to the workforce or interested in gaining hands-on experience in operations, warehouse management, inventory, or the wine industry.

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule:Tuesday & Thursday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PMApproximately 10 hours per week

Additional evening and weekend hours may occasionally be available but are not required.

Responsibilities:

Pull and pack customer orders for shipment and delivery
Receive and put away incoming stock
Help organize and maintain warehouse inventory
Assist with inventory counts and general inventory management
Keep work and storage areas organized
Help with other basic warehouse and operations tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Dependable and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to learn
Interest in operations, logistics, inventory, or warehouse management
An interest in wine or the wine industry is a plus, but no wine knowledge is required

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
