Unarmed Security Officer – Weekend Shifts

Pay: $19–$22/hour+$0.50/hour military & veteran differential
KRE Security, LLC is hiring Unarmed Security Officers for a quiet, controlled client site in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for experienced security officers, veterans, retired law enforcement, or dependable guards seeking consistent weekend work.

Schedule – Weekend Security Shifts
- Saturday–Sunday
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM - 6:00AM
- Multiple weekend shifts available
- Consistent schedule — no last-minute call-ins
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide professional unarmed security at a client facility
- Conduct foot patrols and monitor access points
- Perform access control and visitor screening
- Observe, document, and report incidents
- Maintain a visible, professional presence
- Complete daily activity and incident reports (Belfry Software)
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and site contacts
- Follow post orders and confidentiality requirements
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in one or more of the following:
- Security guard / private security
- Law enforcement or corrections
- Military or government service
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to use mobile devices for reporting
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Must pass background check(FBI fingerprinting completed upon offer)
Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required.
Pay & Benefits
- $19–$22/hour, based on experience
- Overtime pay for hours over 40/week
- Veterans and active-duty service members receive +$0.50/hour
