Our mission is to provide compassionate, dependable, and personalized care that allows seniors, veterans, and adults to remain safe, independent, and thriving in their homes.
We are seeking an experienced healthcare business development professional to expand our referral network, strengthen community partnerships, and grow our private-pay and veteran client base throughout San Joaquin County and surrounding communities.
Minimum Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Public Health, or related field preferred
âś” Minimum 5 years of healthcare business development, home care, home health, hospice, senior living, healthcare sales, or related experience
âś” Proven track record of generating referrals, developing business, and building long-term referral relationships
âś” Strong territory management, CRM, reporting, and organizational skills
âś” Existing referral relationships within San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Alameda, Contra Costa, Sacramento, or surrounding counties strongly preferred
âś” Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Candidate Assessment Process
Final candidates will be required to:
âś… Develop a 30-Day Territory Development Plan
âś… Identify Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Referral Accounts
âś… Present a Referral Growth Strategy
âś… Demonstrate CRM and Reporting Competency
âś… Provide Professional References Verifying Business Development Performance
