Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and reliable Food Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Clear and reset tables between guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Work Environment:This position requires working in restaurant setting with frequent interaction with guests and team members.
