Job Type: Part-Time
Les Stanford Buick GMC is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Service Cashier / BDC Assistant to join our Service Department. This is a multi-role position that combines customer service, cashiering, administrative support, and assisting our Business Development Center (BDC) with incoming phone calls.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Balance and reconcile the daily cash drawer.
- Scan, organize, and electronically file repair orders and dealership paperwork.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist the BDC by answering overflow calls and helping schedule service appointments.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure completed paperwork is properly filed.
- Keep the cashier and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from arrival through vehicle pick-up.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, receptionist, cashier, or call center experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and phone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
