What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and establish diagnoses as appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and care teams to support student progress.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the telehealth platform/EHR.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk, following established safety protocols.

What You NeedRequired

• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license as one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC (or applicable state equivalent).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfort delivering care via telehealth on your own personal device.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Availability for at least 7 sessions per week during peak demand hours (may include school hours, after-school hours, evenings and/or weekends).

Preferred

• Experience working with school-based or pediatric behavioral health populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based modalities for children/adolescents.

About the AssignmentIn this role, you’ll provide virtual mental health care to K–12 students across Nevada through a secure telehealth platform and EHR.
