About the Role:
As a Parts and Inventory Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. This exciting position offers you the chance to work in a dynamic environment, supporting our team in delivering top-notch HVAC services to our community. This position is all about procuring the correct parts needed with limited information in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials for quality and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain the parts storage area for efficient access.
- Assist technicians with parts requests and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers to reorder parts and materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the parts area.
- Procure the correct equipment in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in inventory management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
- Proficient in using HouseCall Pro.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in HVAC or similar industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills
- Provide estimates in a timely manner.
- Provide Invoices in a timely manner.
- Working knowledge of HVAC equipment a plus.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
