Automotive Parts Counterperson / Parts Advisor

Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Highland is hiring an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our dealership! This is the perfect opportunity to take your automotive career to the next level. Apply today and find out all our dealership can offer you!

Job Resp onsibilities:

Tracking all i ncoming and outgoing parts for the dealership
Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock
Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and collision repair shop
Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping
Referring to parts manuals to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced

What we are looking for:

Prior experience in an auto parts sales role highly preferred
Extensive customer facing sales experience with an automotive background will be considered
Must have computer proficiency
Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining an elevated level of customer service
Valid driver's license
