What You’ll Do

Manage parts sales from start to finish
Track down in-stock and hard-to-find parts
Assist with special orders and custom requests
Keep customers updated on order status
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
Follow company safety policies and procedures
Stay compliant with all industry regulations

What You Bring

Retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Clear communication skills, in person and on the phone
Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
