About the Role
As a Parts Counter Specialist, you will:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts they need
- Recommend products tailored to each customer's needs
- Maintain a clean and organized retail area
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Provide accurate parts information and follow established procedures
- Build strong relationships through excellent service

What You Need to Succeed
- 1+ years of experience in the agriculture parts business
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Strong listening and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to stand, climb, bend for long periods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to work extended hours on a computer
