Parts Specialist

As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect parts for their vehicles, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their vehicles
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory records
Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts requests

Requirements:

Prior experience in an powersports parts role preferred
Strong knowledge of vehicles and their parts
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
