Responsibilities
- Deliver automotive parts to local customers and dealership locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Pick up parts from local vendors, manufacturers, and other dealerships as needed.
- Verify deliveries and obtain signatures when required.
- Receive and check in daily stock orders for accuracy and report any shortages or damages.
- Stock shelves and properly organize inventory.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with processing returns, warranty parts, and core returns.
- Pull parts for customer and service department orders.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Operate pallet jacks and safely move heavy shipments throughout the warehouse.
- Dispose of packing materials and maintain a clean receiving area.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Previous warehouse, delivery, or automotive parts experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
