Job Description

Rosina Food Products is growing — and we’re looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Parts Inventory Clerk to join our team!

This position plays a critical role in supporting our Maintenance department by ensuring the right parts and materials are available to keep our operations running efficiently. If you enjoy organization, inventory control, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

Receive, identify, and store inventory parts and materialsIssue supplies and equipment to Maintenance AssociatesMaintain and update inventory records within computerized systemsVerify deliveries against purchase ordersConduct cycle counts and inventory checks

 Support food safety, GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and company safety standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWork collaboratively with Maintenance and Warehouse teams

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED requiredBasic computer skills requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamForklift experience preferred (certification completed in-house)Valid NYS Driver’s License required
