Minimum requirements include:3+ years of experience in an agricultural parts business
Strong understanding of financial management and inventory control
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard internet applications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to stand, climb, bend, use a computer, and lift 50 lbs regularly
Parts Manager Day‑to‑DayAs our Parts Manager, you will:Lead the parts department and manage staff
Maintain accurate inventory control systems
Oversee customer service, ensuring timely and professional support
Set staff schedules, monitor workloads, and coordinate training
Recruit, interview, and hire new team members
Promote and merchandise products and accessories
Complete required departmental paperwork and conduct physical inventory counts
Attend training sessions and educational seminars to strengthen your managerial skills
