Parts Room Associate - Earn $21.18/Hr

• Receive, record, and stock incoming parts and supplies from various delivery services
• Issue parts, tools, and equipment to employees across departments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and periodically conduct inventory counts
• Use Maximo software to manage parts room activity and document transactions
• Drive company vehicle to retrieve or deliver parts (requires valid driver’s license)
• Complete and forward necessary paperwork to the purchasing team
• Distribute receiving documents to the purchasing supervisor
• Assist with general housekeeping duties and keep the work area clean
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Parts Room Associate:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and completion of mandated vehicle safety training
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, stooping, and climbing throughout the shift
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including occasional 12-hour shifts and on-call status
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, safety rules, and procedures
• Basic math skills and accurate inventory tracking ability
• Successful completion of Bennett mechanical testing
• Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, humidity, noise)
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and vendors
