We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our Parts Department. Whether assisting retail customers, service technicians, wholesale accounts, or commercial clients, this position plays a critical role in helping our dealerships deliver an exceptional ownership experience.

What You'll Do
Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts inquiries and purchases
Identify and source the correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems
Build relationships with local repair facilities, body shops, and commercial accounts
Generate additional sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely repairs
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management
Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
Process invoices, credits, returns, and warranty parts as required
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software
Previous automotive parts experience preferred but not required
Automotive knowledge is a plus
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
