Additionally, you will handle customer orders, process transactions, and ensure that parts are delivered promptly. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC or related field is a plus

Proven experience as a parts specialist or in a similar role within HVAC systems

Strong knowledge of HVAC and boiler parts, applications, and specifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills
