What You’ll Do

Assist customers and technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts
Manage parts sales from start to finish, including ordering and follow-up
Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocking and organization
Track and communicate order status with customers and service team
Handle special orders and ensure timely delivery
Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
Follow company safety policies and industry regulations

What You Bring

Parts, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow through
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
