Responsibilities

Assist service technicians in identifying and sourcing the exact parts needed for vehicle repairs.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily cycle counts and proactive ordering.
Provide friendly, helpful service to walk-in customers looking for vehicle components or accessories.
Organize and stock the parts department to ensure high efficiency and easy access to frequently used items.
Coordinate with the logistics team to track shipments and communicate delivery timelines to the service department.
Keep meticulous records of all sales, returns, and inventory adjustments.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in automotive parts management or a related retail environment.
Strong familiarity with automotive components and technical terminology.
Proficiency in inventory management software and database navigation.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage warehouse flow.
Previous experience with CDK or similar dealership management systems is a plus.
