Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining parts stock and fulfilling customer and technician parts requests.
- Ability to read parts manuals/schematics, online parts resources, and other sources to identify needed parts.
- Determine needs of customers and technicians as well as identify parts and check availability.
- Sourcing parts through various established approved networks.
- Tracking and maintaining parts inventory.
- Answering incoming calls and emails and from customers and resolving any issues.
- Working with internal departments to resolve shipping/billing discrepancies, returns, etc.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds without assistance.
