Parts Specialist – Fleet Operations (On-Site)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hourSchedule: Full-Time (30+ hours/week)Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime available)

You’ll play a key role in fleet expansion by ensuring all parts and materials are properly tracked, organized, and ready for vehicle builds.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with managers, technicians, and engineers to support vehicle builds• Track and manage parts inventory across multiple locations• Perform Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) following engineering guidelines• Identify and escalate part shortages or build blockers early• Organize inventory and prepare build kits using detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs)

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized and detail-oriented• Strong communication skills• Able to work independently with minimal supervision• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs• Proficient with Windows, macOS, or Linux systems
