Title: Parts Specialist
Goodwin Tucker Group
Manager: Jeff Wright
Responsibilities:
- Shipping and receiving for both GTG and GP
- Inventory, ordering parts
- Working with Technicians
- Helping with quotes
- Will-call
- Working in GE/UPS
- Part orders for customers- via phone, email and in person
- Computer skills- GE Operating system, Excel, Word, Office 365
- Strong organizational skills
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow through independently
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen required
