Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, organizing, and shipping parts and equipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, audit, and ship customer orders
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify orders and inventory for accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard
• Follow warehouse procedures and quality standards
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, and lifting
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Two or more years of warehouse or distribution center experience
• At least six months of experience operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Occasionally sit, climb, or balance
• Regularly use hands and arms to handle materials and equipment
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift over 100 pounds with assistance or proper equipment
• Ability to meet vision requirements, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
