You help people feel oriented, informed, and cared for from the moment they enter or call.Key responsibilities include answering and routing incoming calls; greeting and directing patients/families to the right care area; supporting check-in flow by tracking patients needing registration and distributing them to Patient Access staff; paging announcements and emergency code calls; maintaining a clean lobby/entrance; checking in contractors/guests and issuing security badges; and monitoring infection prevention protocols (including temperature/symptom screening and PPE distribution) while enforcing visitor policy.Required qualifications/skills:- High School Diploma or equivalent- Clear English communication (written and verbal); additional languages preferred- Strong customer service, basic computer skills, and professionalism- Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and regulatory compliance
