Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Hearing Healthcare Office

$40,000 - $55,000 (based on experience and bonuses)
Are you someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and creating a great customer experience?
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our York office. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a positive, welcoming experience while supporting the success of the office.
This position is ideal for someone with office experience, strong customer service skills, and a background in sales or inside sales.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients and create a warm, professional first impression
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments and manage the schedule
- Support patient flow throughout the day
- Assist with patient follow-up and communication
- Help maintain office organization and daily operations
- Support the provider in delivering an excellent patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Comfortable handling phones, scheduling, and multitasking
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
