- Serve as the primary point of contact for all health-related concerns of our employees in the healthcare clinic.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure that all necessary medical treatments are provided, and follow-ups are made.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement health and safety protocols in the manufacturing facility.
- Facilitate health and wellness programs to promote better health among employees.
- Provide education and resources to employees about health-related issues, preventive care, and the proper use of healthcare services.
- Use MS Office tools to track and report on patient care activities and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with employees, healthcare providers, and management through phones and email.
- Assist in the resolution of any patient-related issues or concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in patient care coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
