Job Description

Join a Global Leader in Workforce Solutions – Net2Source Inc.Pay Range: $18 to $22/hr.Job Title: Patient Care Technician (PCT) Location: Portland, OR Job Type: 13-Week Contract Shift: Night Shift | 5 x 8-Hour (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a long-term care/assisted living facility in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have prior experience caring for geriatric patients and be committed to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care. This role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting the interdisciplinary care team.Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent experience working with geriatric or senior patients (required).
2 years of Patient Care Technician experience preferred.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Experience in acute care, long-term care, or assisted living preferred.
Experience with Epic or other electronic medical record systems preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
Ability to work every weekend (Wednesday–Sunday schedule).

Preferred Skills

Phlebotomy
12-Lead ECG/EKG
Peripheral IV removal
Medication administration
Cerner experience
Experience in teaching hospitals, community hospitals, LTAC, or trauma settings
