Patient Registrar

Pride Health is hiring a Patient Registrar to support our client's healthcare facility in Minneapolis, MN.Job Details:  Schedule:  11:30 PM- 8:00 AM, working every other Saturday & Sunday. Location:  Minneapolis, MN 55415Job Type: Local contractContract Length: 3-month contract with possible extensionPay Range: $20.00 to $24.00/hour**Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Job Duties

• Arriving & registering patients in the Epic operating system for the Emergency and Acute Psych Services department.
• Collecting documents, signatures & updating patient demographics.
• Verifying patient insurance, collecting information on auto, work comp and TPL visits.
• Collecting co-pays, completing all requirements associated with the registration of patients.
• Patient/customer centred.
• Maintaining the highest ethical standards while performing responsibilities for our department.
• Open all Holidays; some can be requested off based on staffing availability.
