Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care access
Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations
Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
Support telehealth appointments and patient onboarding
Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
What We're Looking ForStrong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Attention to detail and accuracy
Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
Healthcare scheduling or EHR experience preferred
