We believe in making every patient experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. As a Patient Scheduler, you'll be the go-to person for scheduling appointments, handling check-ins and check-outs, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
What You'll Do Every Day:
Be the friendly first point of contact-greet patients, answer questions, and set the tone for a great visit
Schedule appointments like a pro, ensuring our clinic stays busy and efficient
Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and make sure all financial info is up to date
Keep patient records accurate and organized
Help patients navigate resources like financial assistance, referrals, and insurance options
Work closely with clinic staff to keep everything running smoothly

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Customer service experience (if it's in healthcare, that's a plus!)
Strong communication skills-you'll be talking to patients, families, and providers all day
Tech-savviness-comfortable using computers and scheduling software
Bonus points if you know medical terminology and insurance basics!
