Prime Medical of South Bay is a fast growing primary clinic. We have two clinic locations, total 8 providers. Our patient centralized care approach has won hearts of our patients and we have grown in 10 years from 500 patients to 7000+.

We are looking Patient Service coordinators who has interest working from our Killeen, TX office.

*Responsibilities*

• Winning a trust of a patient who relies on healthcare team during difficult time of being sick, if that interests you then you find the place @ Prime Medical.

• Patient service coordinator works with our primary care physicians and our internal clinical teams and makes our key goal of providing patient centric care reality.
• PSC promptly answers incoming calls, understands our patient’s healthcare needs clearly and provides efficient communication between patient and our clinical team.
• PSC also helps to facilitate by calling patients to remind for upcoming appointments, care gaps .

*Qualifications*

- Proficiency in medical terminology

- Experience in medical office or dental office settings

- Strong background in medical administrative support

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Effective communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals

- Knowledge of office management procedures and electronic health records systems
