Job Summary: We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our human resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- Prior experience in HR or administrative role- Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS softwareResponsibilities:- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks- Assist with new hire onboarding process and orientation programs- Support employee relations by addressing questions and concerns from employees- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations- Maintain accurate HR records and files- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as neededAdditional Requirements:- SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities- A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
