Job Description

Engineers Construction, Inc. in Williston is hiring workers to join our Paving Team. ECI provides commercial paving services to clients as well as on our own projects. Projects include Roads, Bridges, Sidewalks, Bike Paths, Parking Lots, Railroad Crossings, etc. Seeking a responsible, organized, hard-working, and detail orientated person. Responsibilities include gathering and offloading tools & equipment, sweeping, cleaning, shoveling, leveling, and compacting asphalt. Experience is beneficial but will train the right individual. A valid Vermont Drivers License is required.

  • Location: Williston, VT with assignments throughout Northern & Central Vermont.
  • Rate of Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 / Hour, with overtime paid after 8 hours per day.

  • Working Hours: 45 to 55 hours per week typical.
