Job Title: Senior HR ABAP Developer (SAP Payroll) Contract role Remote + 25% Travel to PA (Paid)Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior HR ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP Payroll, specifically US Payroll. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and enhancing payroll solutions, working on Payroll BAdIs, integrations, and custom enhancements to support business requirements.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs within SAP HCM Payroll (US Payroll).
- Implement and enhance Payroll BAdIs and user exits.
- Develop and support payroll-related integrations with internal and external systems.
- Perform analysis, debugging, and optimization of payroll programs.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support payroll processing, testing, and production issue resolution.
