Payroll Specialist (Multi-State) | $9095K | White Plains, NY | Temp-to-Hire PotentialWe are partnering with a well-established and highly respected organization in White Plains, NY seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a critical role and train directly with the current payroll professional before her maternity leave beginning in June. The position has strong potential to convert to a permanent role for the right person.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, reliable payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and accountability.Key Responsibilities

Process large weekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
Manage payroll documentation and uploads within ADP
Administer 401(k) transactions, including loan requests and related reporting
Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
Partner with internal teams to resolve payroll questions and discrepancies

What Were Looking For

Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now
Experience processing multi-state payroll
Familiarity with 401(k) administration and loan processing
Highly dependable, organized, and detail-driven
Ability to work fully on-site in White Plains, NY

Compensation

$80,000 $95,000
