Payroll Administrator

Sparks Group has partnered with a human services organization to find a Payroll Administrator.  As the Payroll Administrator you will be solely responsible for biweekly payroll for a staff of 500 to include full-cycle payroll execution, managing system updates for employees, payroll reconciliation and reporting.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of years of payroll experience, solely supporting at least 400 people with recent experience working in ADP and Sage (Intacct preferred).  If you’re looking for your next opportunity, apply now!

• Process accurate, bi-weekly payroll for 400+ hourly and salaried W-2 employees while serving as the primary internal point of contact for all staff payroll inquiries.
• Manage day-to-day employee data updates—including benefits, pay rates, and retirement contributions—and occasionally interface with Accounts Payable to support 1099 contractor processing via Bill.com.
• Perform regular payroll audits and deliver recurring and ad-hoc financial reports for management using Sage Intacct.

• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated payroll processing experience for at least 400 employees.
• Bachelor's degree
• Recent experience working in ADP
• Sage 100 or Sage Intacct with Intacct highly preferred
• MS Office experience

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $28.00 to $29.00
