As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer an opportunity to join our Finance Team as a Payroll Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payrolls.

• Triage and troubleshoot internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner and seeks supervisor's guidance for non-routine inquiries.

• Support the team through accurate input of information and changes into the payroll system.

• Use software and company systems to audit and analyze reports.

• Plans, organizes and executes tasks and activities with urgency and in accordance with supervisors' delegated assignments.

Minimum Education And Experience

• Associates degree or higher strongly preferred.

• 3+ years experience in a payroll processing position.

• Microsoft Excel and Word a must.

• Large company experience preferred (5,000+ employees.)

• Multiple state payroll processing experience preferred.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Workday experience strongly desired.

• Base Pay: $21.50 per hour (Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.)

• This position will be based on-site in our East Syracuse, NY office working a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week and 1 day remote.
