This role is ideal for a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering accurate, timely payroll while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule by following established payroll procedures and company guidelines.*
• Review payroll data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations.*
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve routine payroll issues independently using established processes.*
• Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation of payroll transactions.*
• Prioritize workload effectively to meet payroll deadlines and service expectations.*
• Utilize payroll software to process employee earnings, deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related transactions.*
• Ensure payroll activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies.*
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll-related questions and discrepancies.*
• Communicate payroll information clearly and professionally with employees and internal stakeholders.*
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, reconciliations, and special projects as assigned.*
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee payroll and personal information.*
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance payroll processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.*
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a plus.*
• Minimum of 2–3 years of payroll processing or payroll administration experience.*
• Experience using payroll software and HRIS systems.*
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.*
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.*
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical payroll deadlines.*
• Strong organizational and time management skills.*
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.*
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.*
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.*
• High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.*
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
