Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities:1. Administering and processing payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness2. Handling wage garnishments, tax levies, and other deductions in compliance with federal and state laws3. Utilizing Ultipro software to manage payroll and related processes4. Auditing payroll data for errors, discrepancies, and irregularities and taking corrective action as necessary5. Assisting with payroll-related queries from employees and management, providing excellent customer service6. Participating in payroll-related projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades or process improvements7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and best practicesQualifications:1. 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a large, complex organization2. Strong knowledge and experience with wage garnishments3. Proficiency in using Ultipro software for payroll processing4. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Interested in hearing more?
