Job Description
Job Title: Payroll AssociatePay Rate: $18.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate to support payroll processing and HR administrative functions on a temporary basis. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and experience with payroll systems such as ADP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and tax withholdings in a high-volume environment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations.
- Data Management: Update and maintain employee records in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Employee Support: Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and secure payroll records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Prior payroll experience required, preferably with ADP
- Knowledge of payroll taxes and basic compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
