Job Description
Job Title: Payroll Associate (Temporary)Pay Rate: $18.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate to support payroll processing and HR administrative functions on a temporary basis. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and experience with payroll systems such as ADP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll in ADP, ensuring accuracy of wages, timekeeping, and deductions
- Assist with payroll tax calculations, filings, and compliance
- Maintain payroll records and respond to employee payroll-related inquiries
- Provide general HR administrative support, including onboarding and data entry
Qualifications:
- Prior payroll experience required, preferably with ADP
- Knowledge of payroll taxes and basic compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
