Job Description
Job Title: Payroll and Accounts Payable AdministratorLocation: Near Hawthorne, CADirect Hire: up to 60k or DOE
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing and operational invoices accurately and on time. This role will collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth business operations and compliance with tax and audit requirements.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Reconcile and maintain payroll records; generate reports as needed.
Manage accounts payable: process invoices, reimbursements, and vendor documentation.
Reconcile CalPERS contributions and deferred compensation plans.
Provide support for payroll and accounting inquiries from employees and management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of payroll experience preferred. Some Accounting Background is a Plus!
Experience with ADP payroll systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
10-key proficiency required.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
